This shot might seem like a giant leap for this week’s photo challenge, but I can get there in one small step. Growing up with the space program in the 60s, I can’t hear the word “launch” without thinking of rockets blasting out of this atmosphere and headed towards the moon.
Love this pic…fabulous shot!
Thanks, Susan.
Well you launched my Wednesday, Christine! Great picture!!!
LOL
My computer tech friend will launch my first 100 cartoon book on kindle on Saturday hopefully. I have material for 2 more of that size but I must redraw 200 cartoons.
Wow. You really sneaked that one in on us. Wonderful! Can’t wait to see it. Let me know. Did you redraw the 100 that are in this book?
When I thought of “launch” I thought of a book launch 🙂 yours?
Maybe that’s part of the problem. I never thought of launching my book. It just kind of floated into existence.
that’s a great shame.
Nice pic.
Thanks, Marty. Good to see you here. Now all you need is a blog for your photos and I can follow you.
I like the mood of this photo, Christine.
Me too. I wasn’t able to capture the photo I really wanted. My battery died, and I had to go inside to get another. Darn. But I like this one.
Growing up in the 60s, I have a similar association with the word. Love your photo, Christine.
Kathy
Flower children, and by that, I do mean children. We must stick together. Where did I put that jean skirt. . .
I like how the branches parted. 🙂
Me too. That’s why I picked this one to use.
It works for me, without a giant leap. More like one small step… 😉
🙂
Beautiful shot!
Thanks, William. I got a cool shot of the moon in the morning the other day. I’ll probably post it someday.
